Image Swirl is similar to Google Wonder Wheel. To use Image Swirl, just enter your search term as you would in the regular image search service. The results will be displayed in a grid pattern. Click any image in the grid a web of more, related, images will appear. Click an image in the web and another web of images will appear. Applications for Education Image Swirl, like Wonder Wheel, could be useful for students who need a little help diversifying their Internet searches.
Google Wonder Wheel is a keyword research tool that helps students narrow down their search results and get great access to sites that will provide them with background information on their specific topic. It is visually appealing, providing visual learners with a great research tool.

Livebinders is a free site called ‘The knowledge sharing place’. It is a site where one can create online binders where a number of websites can be added to the binder as a tabs. The tabs can also have sub tabs. An idea for use could be as an ePortfolio of websites that you have collected for a particular subject or topic or a collection of sites (blogs, wikis, netvibes, etc.).
LiveBinders can be embedded into blogs, wikis and the like.
